District Quiz and District Welly Walk

Well done to our Quiz team who finished in second place – Daniel .S, John and Jenin.  Also, thank-you to those who supported our District welly walk at Claybury Forest in December. 

Programme of Activities/visits Spring term / Parent helpers

Please find attached with this letter the programme of activities for the Spring term.  On the reverse of this is the programme of visits.  We are fortunate to have Varsha (Nidhi’s mum) helping us each week but we still need our parent rota to ensure an adequate number of adults.  If you would like to join the rota please see me.  The more parents we have helping, the fewer weeks that you would have to do.  If any parents cannot make a night that I have put you down for please arrange to swap.  Many thanks. 

Subs for Spring term

Subs money of £30.00 is due today please.  Cheques are payable to ‘2^nd Ilford North Scout Group.’  Please ensure Subs money is in a named envelope to help with administration.  Thank-you. 

Visit to Neasden Mandir (Hindu Temple)

With this letter please find attached information about our visit to Neasden Mandir.  Please return your reply slip as soon as possible if you would like your child to attend as numbers will be limited for this visit.  Children who will be at Cubs by the time we attend are still welcome to attend the visit. 

Hobby/ICT/Swimming/Instrument badges

These are badges which children can do at home and then bring along to Beavers to talk about what they have done.  If you would like details of what your child needs to do to achieve them please see me.
